QUALIFICATIONS:We are seeking to recruit a Youth Development Worker:
. 3 years experience working with young people
· Ability to initiate, develop and monitor programmes
· Motivate and develop volunteers
· Foster positive relationships with young people giving them opportunities for growth.
SALARY:£17,148 to £18,456
