DESC:Haringey Children & Young People’s Service is a dynamic and innovative service.We wish to recruit an energetic, pro-active and committed individual to help us achieve our vision which is to create a listening and responsive service for young people.You will support our Youth Council and other participation initiatives by working with young people, council officers and elected members to promote the voice of children and young people across the Borough.You will have successful experience of developing young people’s involvement in democracy, be creative and have considerable direct experience of working with young people, including more hard to reach groups. You will have experience of offering support and training to a wide range of young people and be interested in the public decision-making process. You will have proven ability in designing projects to encourage participation and involvement and have a strong track record in engaging with and inspiring young people.You will be joining a lively, good humoured and supportive team.
