Disclaimer:

Privacy Policy:

- We hold the minimum information about you.

Force Majeure:

Neither party hereto shall be liable for any breach of its obligations here under resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to fires strike (of its own or other employees) insurrection or riots embargoes container shortages wrecks or delays in transportation inability to obtain supplies and raw materials requirements or regulations of any civil or military authority (an 'Event of Force Majeure').

Each of the parties hereto agrees to give notice forthwith to the other upon becoming aware of an Event of Force Majeure such notices to contain details of the circumstances giving rise to the Event of Force Majeure.

If a default due to an Event of Force Majeure shall continue for more than 6 weeks then the party not in default shall be entitled to terminate this agreement. Neither party shall have any liability to the other in respect of the termination of this agreement as a result of an Event of Force Majeure.


Limit of jobs 4 yout work Liability:

In the event of non-publication the maximum amount of our liability is reimbursement of the value order.


Payment of accounts

Payment terms are 30 days net. Under the terms of the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts set at 8% above the Bank of England base-lending rate.


Commission:
Sorry jobs 4 youth work do not offer commission.


jobs 4 youth work service Standards

At jobs 4 youth work we aim for the highest possible standards of service. These include:

General Conduct:

- We will provide efficient, helpful and professional service in whatever capacity e.g. on the phone, via e-mail or in person.


Enquiries and requests for information:

- We will reply to all enquiries/requests within 10 working days.
- In complex cases we will acknowledge within 5 working days stating who is dealing with the request and when a full reply can be expected.
- We will reply within 20 working days of receipt or within the deadlines and timescales set by the consultation procedure.
- In complex cases the time frame may exceed the response standard and an acknowledgement will be sent saying who is dealing with the case and when you can expect a full reply.

 

Telephone/e-mails:

- Telephone calls and e-mails will be responded to as soon as possible.
- Answer phone will be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
- Messages will be responded to usually within one working day .
- If there is going to be a significant delay a message will inform you of this on the answer phone.


Invoices:

- Invoices will normally be paid within credit terms agreed with suppliers, subject to satisfactory delivery of services.


Complaints and Suggestions:

- We are committed to giving high quality services.
- If something goes wrong we will aim to put things right as soon as possible. (see complaints procedure).
- We need to know when things do go wrong so please contact us as soon as you can.


Information and openness:

- We aim to be as open as possible, which reflects our obligations under the Data Protection Act.
- We will provide information on request about most aspects of ourselves, including the data and information we hold about you.
- We will strive to answer requests that are reasonable and specific.
- Certain types of information may remain confidential e.g. we cannot release information that affects other legal rights or processes, particularly when personal privacy may be breached.
- We will not normally charge for replying to information requests, unless in doing so we would incur costs for materials or for presenting information in a specifically requested format.


Complaints procedure:

- Please phone or e-mail Rose Adams or Jo Mayer at jobs 4 youth work. We hope to sort out most problems at this initial stage.
- If you are not satisfied with this response, put your complaint in writing. We will thoroughly investigate and reply to you in 20 working days.
- We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and fairly..
- We will write and tell you of the outcome of the investigation within 20 working days.
- If we are at fault we will try and put things right as quickly as possible.
- If you have any further suggestions please tell us about it.
